I continue to study under skilled mentors who guide me not only in technique, but in life, with reverence for the body, for our Island and for the deep restoration that becomes possible when we are present with an open and willing mind and heart and some ritual.

I see clearly that rest and safety in the body are not luxuries, but essential nutrients required to thrive. They are the ground we rise from, but we can certainly make them luxurious.
